THE KRANK

Over the past decade, Berlin has been established as a global hotspot for the arts and continues to grow with artists of all genres. Greek, urban artist, The Krank is among them. Based in Berlin, he utilises the city itself as interior and exterior places of installation for his work. Heavily influenced by typography, Asian lettering and abstract expressionism, he manages to execute his vision with perfect precision all the while maintaining his originality. The work is personal and shares with the audience The Krank’s personal stories and messages. We recently caught up with the artist and he revealed to us insights into his experience of Berlin, his creative process, his inspirations, amongst other things.
